We’re looking for an experienced Senior Heat Network Officer to lead the strategic and operational development of our growing heat network portfolio. With a third of our locations already using communal heating and more planned through new build and retrofit programmes, you’ll influence a critical and expanding area of our business. You’ll ensure our heat networks are reliable, efficient and compliant, while preparing the organisation for incoming Ofgem regulation. You’ll manage performance, contracts and customer experience, and drive improvements across metering, billing and tariff‑setting.
