Cosham Baptist Church are seeking someone to lead the Pastoral support to the congregation of the Church and to lead the church’s ministry to the older members of the congregation. This will be a part-time (20 hours per week) paid role.  The role will be reviewed after 3 and 12 months. We’re looking for a music director to steer our growth in worship. We’re an open evangelical charismatic church, looking for the right person to lead and expand our existing worship team, and enhance our sung contemporary worship.  You will oversee our worship ministry, motivate, equip and develop our existing musicians, recruit and train new members and nurture people’s faith, musical gifts and creativity.
