The primary focus of the role will be to lead the growth and development of BCC’s missional outreach to kids and families (with a 75% focus on u11s but a supporting secondary focus on supporting the Youth, aged 11-18.) This includes planning and working in collaboration with existing staff and volunteer teams. Currently, we have over 250 children and youth regularly involved. To lead and facilitate BCC’s ROCK (0-11) missional outreach, bringing a growing vision and passion to the role. To support the missional development of DARING Youth as required (estimated 25% of working hours). To meet regularly with the Next Gen Manager to review professional progress – e.g. targets and goals for ROCK and DARING Youth, areas of opportunity, challenges, supporting the development of upcoming plans, sense of direction and missional heart for the ministry area, etc. To work closely with leaders and volunteers in the organisation and implementation of agreed missional goals...

We’re looking for a music director to steer our growth in worship. We’re an open evangelical charismatic church, looking for the right person to lead and expand our existing worship team, and enhance our sung contemporary worship.  You will oversee our worship ministry, motivate, equip and develop our existing musicians, recruit and train new members and nurture people’s faith, musical gifts and creativity. If you’re a good musician, with experience of leading worship in a paid or unpaid capacity then we’d love to hear from you.
