3 Counties Vineyard is looking for a full time Associate Pastor and Worship Lead to join our leadership and staff team. This will be a key addition to our team and we are willing to flex the role for the right person. We envision this role living in the 3 Counties area and leading our pastoral team, overseeing welcome and newcomer integration, worship and prayer as well as supporting our senior leader in overseeing their services, including some leading and teaching. Our parish is small, but over 1,000 children attend three primary schools and a large nursery within a mile of our church. Each Sunday, we welcome over 40 under-12s, making St. Mark's one of the largest children's churches in our borough.
