A new, specialised role to lead , develop, and advance our musical worship ministry and associated areas. This role will in part replace the previous Youth & Worship Leader role. The Worship Leader will work with the Vicar and other team members to develop all areas of this ministry, be the key person responsible for the day-to-day running of the ministry, and ensuring our worship team is given every opportunity to grow. The successful applicant will play a significant role in shaping our worship ministry across all aspects of church life. We have an established and growing ministry in this area and we need someone with the relevant skills, knowledge and experience to enable us to ensure we grow disciples and nurture those who attend regularly but also to show God’s love to the children and young people who are on the periphery of church life and in our wider community.
