The Pastor is a key role within the leadership team at Chinnor Community Church.   The Pastor is expected to fulfil the New Testament requirements of an Elder, in particular to have primary responsibility, together with the other Elders, for the spiritual development of the Church through discipleship and preaching of the Word.  The Pastor will also lead the Church in developing and encouraging new thinking in its witness to the village and beyond.

3 Counties Vineyard is looking for a full time Associate Pastor and Worship Lead to join our leadership and staff team. This will be a key addition to our team and we are willing to flex the role for the right person. We envision this role living in the 3 Counties area and leading our pastoral team, overseeing welcome and newcomer integration, worship and prayer as well as supporting our senior leader in overseeing their services, including some leading and teaching.
