We are seeking someone with a passion for leading contemporary worship and developing student ministry at Buckingham Parish Church. The primary focus of this role is to lead contemporary worship across our two congregations, with an allocation of 20 hours per week for worship and a further 10 hours per week dedicated to student ministry. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, Spirit-led pioneer who is able to uphold & work towards a vision and bring others along with them releasing their gifts for the building up of the body of Christ. Our current full-time Team Leader is approaching retirement age and we are looking to appoint a full-time Church Leader to take his place. We are looking for the person that God is calling to join our story and lead the church through the next chapters that God has marked out for us.  

The Pastor is a key role within the leadership team at Chinnor Community Church.   The Pastor is expected to fulfil the New Testament requirements of an Elder, in particular to have primary responsibility, together with the other Elders, for the spiritual development of the Church through discipleship and preaching of the Word.  The Pastor will also lead the Church in developing and encouraging new thinking in its witness to the village and beyond.

We are looking to appoint an experienced person to work with the existing leadership team as LEADING ELDER to help to lead us into the next phase of growth and development as a church.
