Lead Pastor of a Diverse, Word & Spirit Church Family Streatham Central Church was planted in 2014. Twelve years on, in summer 2026, our founding pastor Alex Lyell will be leaving to go full time on a ministry he has pioneered called Sanctifi . So we are looking to appoint a new Lead Pastor to lead the church family into the next decade. The church has grown from 20 adults into a diverse community of around 80 adults and 30 children & youth. Purpose of Post : To enable the vision for the church and its facilities to become reality, and to co-ordinate all aspects of church operation and organisation so to release pastoral and teaching staff for church growth.  This post is being offered as both full time and part time (current situation) to suit the successful candidate and their skillset.
