We do this primarily through the historic Keswick Convention, drawing over 12,000 Christians each summer, and a growing year-round teaching and training programme now based around our newly completed Pencil Factory campus. We are at a significant moment. As the ministry grows, so must the infrastructure that supports it. This new role of Director of Finance & Support Services is a central appointment in our evolving leadership team. The postholder will provide strategic financial leadership across the charity and its trading subsidiaries, as well as leading site investment and development.
