We are seeking someone with a passion for leading contemporary worship and developing student ministry at Buckingham Parish Church. The primary focus of this role is to lead contemporary worship across our two congregations, with an allocation of 20 hours per week for worship and a further 10 hours per week dedicated to student ministry. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, Spirit-led pioneer who is able to uphold & work towards a vision and bring others along with them releasing their gifts for the building up of the body of Christ. Developing the ministry at Gorsley Baptist Church (GBC) for the 11- early 20s and supporting the transition from Children’s work into and youth, working with the children’s worker. Working with an established volunteer team, families, community groups, and engaging in a variety of events. Building connections with the youth and their parent/carers. Currently we run two groups on a Sunday across 11-18’s, one of the groups helping transition those in the youth group into main services and serving on teams.
