We are seeking a passionate, musically gifted, spiritually mature Worship Pastor to work as part of the team of pastors at Testwood Baptist Church. We have a vibrant and well skilled team of musicians and worship leaders who serve faithfully each week. However, we are looking for someone who can be a pastor to this team and the wider church as a specialist in worship ministry. This person must have a heart for encountering God in worship and have a passion to draw people to Christ through music and other creative ways of worship. He/she should be able to explore and develop ways to deepen corporate worship and to relate and work well with others, showing wisdom, empathy, and leadership.
