We are seeking a passionate, musically gifted, spiritually mature Worship Pastor to work as part of the team of pastors at Testwood Baptist Church. We have a vibrant and well skilled team of musicians and worship leaders who serve faithfully each week. However, we are looking for someone who can be a pastor to this team and the wider church as a specialist in worship ministry. This person must have a heart for encountering God in worship and have a passion to draw people to Christ through music and other creative ways of worship. He/she should be able to explore and develop ways to deepen corporate worship and to relate and work well with others, showing wisdom, empathy, and leadership. The Worship Pastor will be Jesus-centred and servant-hearted, firmly rooted in God’s Word and led by the Holy Spirit. 12 Month Fixed Term Contract We are recruiting for an experienced Community Programme Manager to manage WOKING community centre and develop relevant activities to the centre. Key Responsibilities: To oversee the day-to-day operation of the community centres activities. Monitoring, evaluation and develop relevant centre activities, as necessary. Work with the Corps Officer and Leadership Team to support the mission of the Corps by meeting and identifying needs of the local community. Provide on-going pastoral and spiritual support to members of the community and work to further the spiritual mission of the Corps by providing a pathway for people to access and integrate into the Church. Support compliance with all safeguarding policies, procedures and practices, implementation of all health and safety policies.
