At Ainon Baptist Church, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community and Family Engagement Worker to join our team. As a Bible-believing Christian community, it is a genuine occupational requirement that the successful applicant will share our Christian faith and be prepared to join and worship with our church congregation.   This role is pivotal in reaching out to the community, particularly in key growth areas such as young families, through building relationships, weekly groups, and organising events. You will have a passion for mission, family ministry, and a heart for community outreach and engaging with unbelievers in innovative ways, and the freedom to lead and build this ministry.

The Lay Ministry Officer plays a key role in the Mission and Ministry Team. Working collaboratively with colleagues they will contribute to a culture where the vocation of all God’s people is celebrated, and lay people in particular are equipped to live out their calling and use their gifts in the church and in the world.
