The Pioneer Families Worker will nurture, develop, and oversee children and families ministry at Andover Methodist Church , while also pioneering a new expression of church and community engagement among families on the Picket Twenty housing development .   The role combines pastoral care, missional outreach, community building, and faith exploration , with a particular focus on families who may have little or no prior connection to church. The post holder will help create welcoming, inclusive, and relational spaces where faith can be explored naturally and safely.   Key Responsibilities   1.
