We are looking for an experienced ministry lead to undertake an exciting and challenging fulltime role with our children, young people and their families. We have an established and growing ministry in this area and we need someone with the relevant skills, knowledge and experience to enable us to ensure we grow disciples and nurture those who attend regularly but also to show God’s love to the children and young people who are on the periphery of church life and in our wider community. We are looking for someone who loves Jesus and has a heart for children, young people and families. Working hours: This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) including regular weekend and evening work. Salary: £34,000 to £37,000 per annum, subject to experience, skills and qualifications. Job Purpose The Children (0-11) and Families Outreach Leader exists to develop mission pathways that engage children and families with the church and offer them opportunities to hear about Jesus, decide to follow him and develop their faith as part of a church community.
