3 Counties Vineyard is looking for a full time Associate Pastor and Worship Lead to join our leadership and staff team. This will be a key addition to our team and we are willing to flex the role for the right person. We envision this role living in the 3 Counties area and leading our pastoral team, overseeing welcome and newcomer integration, worship and prayer as well as supporting our senior leader in overseeing their services, including some leading and teaching. We are looking for someone with experience (paid or voluntary) in families' ministry to help us to continue to take the good news of Jesus to families, children and young people in our church and community. This is a full-time role (or at least 32 hours per week).

2. Job Summary The successful applicant will oversee all of the work undertaken with children and young people. They will also be a member of the Church Leadership Team.
