To oversee and develop Christ Church’s worship ministry, helping people encounter Jesus through sung worship by leading worship, developing musicians and worship leaders, and building a healthy, sustainable worship ministry. 15 hours per week, normally worked on Sundays and one other weekday (with flexibility over which day). Three-year fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension). Salary: £28,000–£32,000 full-time equivalent (pro rata) – depending on experience. Holiday: 30 days (FTE – 6 weeks) + bank holidays. Relocation grant available. Application deadline: 28th August 2026.
