Families Outreach Worker 24hrs per week @ £18,096 per annum (FTE £28,275) Canford Magna Parish Church, Canford Magna, BH21 3AF   Do you have a heart for families and a passion for seeing lives transformed through faith in Jesus and community? Canford Magna Parish Church is excited to be creating a new staff role, focusing on families and children in our vicinity, and particularly outreach to our local area, which includes a brand-new housing development on our doorstep. This is a part time role, initially planned to be 24 hours per week, but with potential for this to increase in the future. This is initially a three-year contract.

This role oversees Wycliffe’s ministry with 8-13s, helping them explore faith in Jesus together and planning for successful transition from children’s ministry into youth ministry. This is about creating a fun, welcoming and safe space to belong, learning to be church together and grow in confidence to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with their friends.
