PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To lead and deliver Lifecentral Church's youth ministry (11-18s) in alignment with the vision, values and strategic direction set by the Senior Leadership Team. This role focuses on excellent programme delivery, volunteer leadership, and discipleship of young people, while contributing to the wider life and mission of the church. MAIN DUTIES Programme Coordination and Engagement  Organise and lead weekly youth gatherings, including Sunday youth sessions and midweek youth programmes. About the role  We are looking for a Next Generation Lead to help us grow and develop our ministry with children, young people and families, both within the church and across our parish.   This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about seeing children and young people know Jesus, grow in faith as disciples of Jesus and find a genuine sense of belonging within the life of the church.    Beyond the church doors, the Next Generation will also focus on building links, developing relationships and pioneering new initiatives that share the love of Christ and the hope found in Him to the wider community.   This is a permanent full time role, 37.5 hours per week.
