Ministry Pastor (Youth) Summary of the role :  The post holder will be responsible for pastorally leading and organising Trent Youth events and activities, alongside the Senior Ministry Pastor, and to help lead the Trent Youth Team. You must have a passion for youth ministry, strong leadership skills, and a heart for guiding young people in their faith journey. Ministry Pastor (Worship) Summary of the role :  The Ministry Pastor is responsible for leading and overseeing the worship ministry at Trent Vineyard.  You will ensure that worship during our services and events are Christ-centred, biblically grounded and spiritually enriching.  This role involves leading worship, developing teams and creating an atmosphere of worship that fosters spiritual growth.  The ideal candidate will be a gifted musician, and a dynamic leader with the necessary strengths to plan, coordinate and deliver worship services.
