We are seeking an enthusiastic Pastor to guide and support us in our gospel outreach and community activities, whilst pastorally supporting and leading the church to seek God’s will. We are looking for someone who will care for us and be cared for by us. (1 Peter 5 1-4) They should have a special passion for living and teaching biblical faithfulness, teamwork and openness to the Holy Spirit (Titus 1.9) We would value an accredited minister with church leadership experience, but are also open to an application from someone who is considering church based training through a theological college or more local training through the Recognised Local Minister program with the South West Baptist Association. Join the Worship & Production Team at Lee Abbey! Come and be an essential part of worship and production at Lee Abbey! We’re looking for someone passionate about helping create excellent worship experiences and encounters with God. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Worship Leader to mix live sound and oversee video and lighting for our retreat and worship sessions. You will be responsible for all aspects of live sound and visual production, including equipment maintenance, development, and helping train others to serve in these areas. You’ll be part of a supportive team alongside our musicians and directly with our Worship Leader. This role is split between two mornings a week in the House Team, with the remainder of your time dedicated to production work. Join the Administration Team at Lee Abbey! We are looking for someone with excellent organisation and communication skills. In this role, you will work closely with the Leadership Team and Warden, providing essential administrative support. This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their administration skills and experience within a Christian community. You will be responsible scheduling various meetings in a timely manner, setting agendas, collating reports and taking minutes. You will organise the Warden’s diary and deal with all correspondence which comes to the Warden’s office. As part of the community, you will take an active role in the worship, creative and serving aspects of our life in community and welcoming our guests to Lee Abbey.
