About Harnhill Centre Harnhill Centre of Christian Heling was founded in 1985 by Reverend Canon Arthur Dodds, who had a passion for the Christian healing ministry. Based in a Cotswold Manor House and beautiful grounds, it is situated in the small hamlet of Harnhill about four miles from Cirencester, surrounded by open countryside.
