We are seeking a passionate Children & Families Worker to represent Middlesbrough Community Church among children and families in the local community, developing relationships and creating opportunities for people to encounter Jesus and explore the Christian faith. This is an exciting opportunity to combine community outreach, relationship-building and discipleship, working alongside existing volunteer teams and building links with local families, schools and organisations. Middlesbrough Community Church (MCC) is a growing, multicultural and Spirit-filled church of over 250 people, with an established and expanding youth ministry reaching more than 40 young people across Years 7–13. We are seeking a passionate Youth Worker to take primary responsibility for developing midweek discipleship and evangelistic outreach among young people, while working alongside our existing Sunday provision and volunteer team. This is an exciting opportunity to help young people encounter Jesus, grow in faith and confidence, and find their place within the life of the church. The role combines discipleship, evangelism, pastoral care and leadership development, with opportunities to build on existing community links and develop new outreach initiatives.
