The Facilities & Events Manager oversees the practicalities of running Riverside House (our main base of operations), and the support for the many events and ministries that take place, including our Sunday gatherings. About the role: This key position within the staff team will deliver the practical blend of people, resources and strategy to enable our facilities and events for the benefit of the church’s mission, in compliance with law and regulations. Your role will oversee the equipment, training and support for event and service leads to get the right people into place and to build the capacity and culture that enables our community to focus on our mission. The role involves close co-operation with other team members responsible for communications, financial oversight and other operational roles.
