The primary focus of the role will be to lead the growth and development of BCC’s missional outreach to kids and families (with a 75% focus on u11s but a supporting secondary focus on supporting the Youth, aged 11-18.) This includes planning and working in collaboration with existing staff and volunteer teams. Currently, we have over 250 children and youth regularly involved. To lead and facilitate BCC’s ROCK (0-11) missional outreach, bringing a growing vision and passion to the role. To support the missional development of DARING Youth as required (estimated 25% of working hours).
