My client is a housing provider based in South London looking to recruit a Housing Support Officer to work as part of their established team. As the Housing Support Officer you will be carrying out a range of duties. some of which are but not limited to: You will be required to provide a service for the clients and ensure they are housing ready at the housing staging post and once housing ready, you will explore move on options for the clients in order to sustain meaningful accommodation and avoid being back to rough sleeping. You will support rough sleepers by ensuring that referrals are made to relevant services, in line with local objectives and targets.
