We are looking for a Children's Pastor to lead and outwork Heart Church's vision to have a world-class children's ministry for 0s-11s that raises up a generation through a community of passionate people. Our desire is to provide creative environments for both churched and unchurched children to form, and then build upon, relationships with God and with each other: environments where children will be envisioned and wowed by the greatness of God. This will involve overseeing the delivery of an exceptional Bible-centred curriculum and programme of activities for children and the full breadth of children's work on Sundays. We are looking for someone who is able to build and develop a team of high capacity volunteers: someone who can oversee and encourage the development and release of faith-filled leadership and gifting of both children and the Children's team.
