As a trusted community anchor organisation, we deliver a wide range of services for children, families, adults and older people, working in partnership with statutory, voluntary and community sector organisations to tackle inequalities and improve wellbeing across the borough. The Sandwell Community Dementia Service (SCDS) provides a single, integrated pathway of information, advice, guidance, navigation and ongoing support for people living with dementia and their carers across Sandwell.
