Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for a FULL TIME (PERMANENT) Children, Youth and Family Worker at Shirley Baptist Church in Southampton. We are a mid-sized multinational church on the New Forest side of the city of Southampton. We have a growing number of children, youth and families and we are looking to appoint someone to lead and develop a thriving ministry on Sundays and throughout the week to these groups, both in the church and the local community. This will involve developing new activities and initiatives. The successful person will be able to enter wholeheartedly into this task and help us make church a place where children, youth and families are invited, welcomed and given the opportunity to encounter God in their lives.
