Mercy UK is a Christian Mental Health charity, helping Christians navigate the dynamics of faith and mental health. Mercy UK believes every Christian can have the tools they need to thrive: to experience real freedom from the issues that hold them back and to navigate life’s challenges from this place of well-being and wholeness.

Mercy UK offers a range of services, tools and resources that facilitate people strengthening relationships with God, with themselves and with others. This includes direct support to individuals through the free-of-charge 16-week programme 'The Freedom Journey’, their interactive resource 'Keys to Freedom Workbook' for individuals and training and resources for churches and small groups to equip good pastoral care and discipleship.
