This is a new post to develop and support our ongoing work with children/youth and schools and to build links with parents and families. (18 hours a week) We are looking and praying for someone who: Has a heart to nurture faith in the next generation  Will be able to have an overall view of what is going on but not take over what our volunteers and church family are already doing Has experience of working with children, youth, families, volunteers and schools Is able to make connections with others and can communicate effectively with all ages. KEY ROLES This is a new role and there is significant scope for you to develop it in fruitful directions that have not yet been envisaged, but the kind of activities we can imagine may be important are: Family work To discern how to build links with parents/carers with whom we have contact eg church, baptism families, Little Fishes, Starfishes, Messy Church, schools To help develop resources/groups...
