We provide a warm welcome and hospitality to all, both those staying as residential guests and local Christians and churches seeking a place to meet. We are in need of a: Resident Duty Manager Do you enjoy meeting people, offering hospitality and working as part of a team? We are looking for a resident volunteer who is confident enough to oversee operations in a residential setting. This includes meal service, being on-call, helping out on teams as needed and acting as Duty Manager when required. This will suit someone who has experience of hospitality and/or a retreat and conference setting who would like to be in a beautiful setting, a mile from sandy beaches and the stunning Dorset coastline.
