Working closely with the Pastors and wider team, this person will develop systems, structures, and teams that ensure pastoral care flows naturally throughout the church. The Limitless Youth Leader will lead and develop LGCC’s youth ministry, discipling young people and equipping them to live out their faith in everyday life.
