Neath and Aberafan Elim are located in South-West Wales, a coast and country area of outstanding beauty near to the city of Swansea and the Gower Peninsula.
Our churches are a diverse community of people of all ages, varied backgrounds and ethnicities on an extraordinary journey with Jesus.
Both congregations are places where you can show up as you are, be known and walk through life together. We believe in the power of the gathered church, not just to meet together but to encourage one another, share life’s highs and lows and grow stronger in faith side by side.
At the heart of who we are is a love for God’s Word. We’re committed to teaching the Bible in a way that’s real, relevant and grounding helping each of us build a faith that lasts and become disciples who know how to live the Jesus life every day, everywhere. When we gather together on Sundays it’s not just about sung worship; it’s about lifting our hearts together, refocusing on God, being renewed in His presence and equipped to step into our respective worlds.
Whether it’s serving those in need, supporting one another, or stepping out to share hope with others, we want to live out our faith in practical ways. We encourage each other to grow, to stay accountable and to keep moving forward under the enabling of Holy Spirit, even when it’s hard.
Neath and Aberafan Elim are places where you’ll be challenged, supported and gently guided when needed. A place where wisdom is shared, grace is given freely and no one walks alone. Above all, we’re a faith community built on hope reminding each other that God is near, that He’s at work and that there’s always more ahead as we grow together in Christ.
Mission is at the heart of all we do and are committed to developing an intergenerational Church and reaching the communities where God has placed us, with the good news of the gospel.
