We are confident in the Bible as our ultimate and reliable guide, making it central to our life together and our walk with God, and relying on the Spirit to equip, empower and lead us.

• Leadership: Senior Pastor, two Associate Pastors (Seniors and Small Groups), Trustees
• Part-time Staff: Children’s Worker, Administrator, Caretaker
• Volunteers: We are blessed with gifted volunteers including trustees, preachers, musicians, tech team, small group leaders, ministry leaders, first aiders and many more
• External relationships: include the Evangelical Alliance, the Baptist Union of Great Britain, the Central Baptist Association, the local Churches Together group. Our Senior Pastor is an Associate of LICC (London Institute for Contemporary Christianity), and a member of the new and growing Four Counties Gospel Partnership
