Wycliffe Baptist Church is a thriving evangelical church, engaged in ministry and witness to our community in East Reading and beyond. We are an urban, socially diverse, multi-ethnic church, serving over 500 people across four congregations. During the week our facilities are constantly in use, welcoming a wide range of people and activities.  We are looking for someone to join the Operations team. The Operations Coordinator maternity cover role will involve: - Shared office management duties - Administrative support for church leadership and systems (HR, IT, Safeguarding, GDPR and CRM) - Updating and maintaining policies and procedures - Overseeing Church communications including creative media This is a part-time (30 h/pw), temporary role requiring 9-5 office hours.
