Hair Masters has a vacancy for a Self- Employed sales assistant who is passionate about Wigs and Hair extensions to be the friendly face that serves our customers.

Main responsibility will include:

Selling Hair Masters goods to clients in store and online.

Advising customers in our Luxury Wig Boutique and answer any queries they may have, from stock availability and details of special offers to a product’s price.

Answering the telephone and taking orders and payments from our clients.

Ensuring that items that are sold are restocked and kept up to date on our website.

Keeping our Social Media up to date with new photographs are our stock and new promotions.

Responding to client emails and messages on social media.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

The ability to operate a smartphone and various social media (Tik tok, instagram and pinterest in particular) proficiently

Patience, as some of our clients are on a hair loss journey and need someone who is patient and understanding to assist them.
