We are one parish with two churches in Mansfield (a predominantly working class, post industrial/mining town), covering part of the town centre and housing estates. We are currently small in number, with few children and families in our groups at present. As a church we are excited about the potential of our area, including more than 2500 under 18s in schools in our parish, where we have good existing contacts. We are committed to seeing growth in this area and expect to become a centre of excellence to model, encourage, and resource children's ministry across the wider area of the diocese.
