The SPCK imprint is broad based and the IVP imprint, which merged into SPCK in 2015, is evangelical in focus. The merger with Lion Hudson, recently announced, is a key plank in this growth plan. It combines the UK’s leading adult Christian publisher with its leading children’s Christian publisher, creating a ‘last person standing’ as a broad-based UK Christian publisher and one which is able to compete on a global level. There are significant plans to grow the business’s international sales and distribution and its Catholic publishing.
