Crossroads Earlham is a Church of England parish on the west side of Norwich, with a committed and growing congregation across the area. Over 20,000 people live here, and there is significant aspirational and life experience diversity. Some of our postcodes are amongst the most deprived in East Anglia, and below-average school attendance at our six schools is an enduring problem.
