Alma Church is an independent Evangelical Church in Clifton, Bristol, located between Pembroke Road and Whiteladies Road. It was founded in 1871 by George Muller whose living faith enabled God to work miraculously in and through his life and community. The Church has a Brethren heritage and it continues to carry Muller’s legacy of faithfulness, teaching and prayer.
Alma has a welcoming, family feel with members coming from communities across NW Bristol. We have a tradition of group leadership with the Church Leader/ Minister operating as one member of a Leadership Team (typically of 4 to 6) whose additional members are drawn from and endorsed by the body of the Church.
