The Source is a Christian charity supporting vulnerable young people with their mental health and wellbeing. We focus our work on local need, specifically in Aldershot, Rushmoor, and the surrounding areas. Our programmes of support include 1 to 1 Youth Counselling, Activity Mentoring, Training, and small group support, each aiming to build confidence, increase resilience, and improve self-esteem. We support all young people regardless of faith or no faith and our referrals come from a wide range of local agencies including statutory services, GPs, schools, community organisations, and parent / self-referrals.
