Grace Organisation delivers quality day care services for older / vulnerable people including those living with dementia, to enrich their lives and enabling them to live independently.  With over 4 decades of experience, Grace provides door-to-door transportation to our day care facilities.  The older people enjoy a range of activities including gentle exercises, singing, games, and quizzes along with a hearty lunch.
