The Youth Worker will be a passionate and dynamic leader responsible firstly for their own discipleship, prayer and devotional life and then ministry of discipling, and outreach to young people across the city. This role involves nurturing the young people’s faith in Jesus Christ, equipping them to live out and share the Gospel, and fostering a supportive community for young people. The Youth Worker will align all activities with the church's vision and mission and support the broader life of the church. This role also includes managing and developing a team of dedicated volunteers, delivering inspiring sermons, and ensuring that youth ministry integrates seamlessly with the church’s wider ministries and objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding practice.
