Worship Leader

Holy Trinity, Jesmond, set just outside the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, is looking for a part-time (2 days per week) Worship Leader to join our dynamic and growing Staff Team to deepen and encourage a culture of spirit-led worship in our Sunday services.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Vicar and Staff Team, and will also lead, develop, and empower our singers, musicians and AV operators to help them grow as a team.

Personal Requirements

The Worship Leader should be a spiritually mature Christian who is living and sharing the values of God’s Kingdom. This person must have:

·        A heart for encountering God in worship.

·        A passion to draw people to Christ through music and other creative ways of worship.

·        An ability to explore, develop and deepen corporate worship.

·        An ability to relate to, and work well with others, showing wisdom, empathy, and leadership.
