Located in Horsham, West Sussex, Brighton Road Baptist Church is a lively, loving, Christian fellowship with 176 members and a wider congregation of around 250 people. The church enjoys a high profile within the town and our church life includes a regular programme of activities which cater for a broad spectrum of ages, made possible through the work of committed volunteers from the fellowship.
Our modern building provides a suite of flexible halls and meeting spaces that are attractive and welcoming, which enable us to run a wide range of groups and activities. Many of these are church-based activities, but our building is also used extensively by secular groups from our town and the local community.
We are now seeking a Minister & Team Leader who will work in partnership with our Leader of Community Evangelism, our Deacons and our church family to develop and pastorally lead a fresh vision for our future life and work within the community in Horsham.

In addition to a competitive salary, we will provide a manse or housing allowance depending on the appointee's circumstances and preference.
Applications are invited from candidates who have completed a formal training programme, typically involving theological study at degree or diploma level (DipTh or BA/MA), alongside practical church-based experience and spiritual formation - either within a Baptist college or via an accredited theological college from another denomination.
