Baginton Road United Reformed Church Coventry is looking for an Operations Manager to play a central role in the running of our church. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven management experience to work in a friendly Christian environment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for employees and volunteers, premises maintenance and communication and marketing.
Our church has recently formed by the joining of two local URC churches, and we are ambitious for our future. We are fortunate to have extensive premises on two sites – one in the suburbs and the other in the city centre. Our church community includes people of all ages attending a wide range of activities.
We require the post holder to be supportive of our Christian environment.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience.
