It’s a very exciting time at WEFChurch, Waverton right now. God is on the move, there are loads of committed people who are ready and waiting to be nourished and nurtured into all that the Holy Spirit wants to do.
We would welcome applications from couples who would like to job share. Our current Pastors/ Senior Leaders are a couple that share 20 hours each per week; however, please don’t let that stop you applying if that doesn’t fit your circumstances at the moment.
We are situated in a Cheshire village, just 3 miles from the Roman City of Chester. There are amazing facilities nearby, accredited schools and glorious countryside. Additionally, there is a 4 bed house, owned exclusively by the church that can be available for the Pastor/s-Senior Leader/s to occupy.
We are an independent church, members of the Evangelical Alliance and focused on missional activity. We have an age range from 0 to 90’s and we are all, in our own way, keen to share our faith journey with new leaders.
The church building is a very pleasant space, frequently used by the local community. We have a very positive reputation in the village and beyond.
