All Souls is a local parish Church with a vision of making disciples by being with Jesus, becoming like Jesus, and seeking to do what he did. Planted into the St Margarets and Ivybridge areas of Twickenham in 2000, we have a strong history of ministry with young people and their families. The Church today includes a large number of children and youth who attend and engage with its services and activities.
This role will oversee, grow, and develop the children’s ministries of All Souls Church, helping young people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and become active members of the church community.
Main duties and responsibilities
We recognise that the right candidate be may not be able to fulfil the full scope of this role. However we will also welcome applications from those who may be able to contribute to some elements of this role.

Person Specification
· A committed Christian, supportive of the mission and values of All Souls Church*
· A heart for children, and a passion to encourage and facilitate their discipleship
· Ability to work creatively to further develop the ministry to children and their families
· Experience of and / or qualifications relating to work with children
· Understanding of child development and group dynamics
· Good organisation, communication and IT skills
· Capacity to work independently and as part of a team (including delegation)
· Ability to inspire, equip and work collaboratively with volunteers
· Understand of safeguarding and a commitment to promoting best practice
· A desire to live in a way that inspires others to follow Christ.
· Ability to prioritise workload – this will be particularly important in this part time role
