Clevedon Baptist Church is a vibrant established multigenerational congregation. With additional planted churches, missional projects and where we are passionate about seeing the rising generations encounter Jesus, find belonging, and grow in confidence as followers of Him. We believe young people are a vital part of the church both today and into the future.
We are looking for a Youth Worker who Is passionate about Jesus and deepening the faith of young people and who is able to connect with young people both within and outside the church and will:
· Help shape inspiring, Christ-centred communities where young people are discipled, supported, and empowered to live out their faith.
· Invest in young people and volunteers, building on a thriving youth ministry that helps the next generation grow in faith and purpose.
· Develop a vibrant youth ministry, building environments where discipleship and spiritual growth are central. Through engaging midweek and Sunday gatherings, the aim is to help all young people live Spirit-filled lives.
· Develop strategies to reach young people across the town and to see lives transformed.
